INGREDIENTS
Organic Vegan Elderberry Syrup, Organic Blue Agave, Agar-Agar

AGAR-AGAR is the plant based stabilizer that is used instead of animal-based gelatin. Agar-agar is derived from red algae/seaweed. It is high in fiber, calcium, and manganese.

CONSISTENCY
Unlike a non-vegan, processed, chewy candy gummy bears - elderbearies are juicy with a jelly / thick jello-like texture.

DIRECTIONS
+ Children 1-2 daily (Adults 3-4 daily)
+ When feeling ill, take serving every few hours up to 4x a day.

STORAGE
Our elderbearies must be refrigerated and last approximately 3-4 weeks when stored in the refrigerator. They can last up to 6 months when frozen! They are FRESH and there are no preservatives used, so just like any other berry, they can start to turn. In fact, we prefer keeping our elderbearies frozen as they have a chewier texture when frozen (you can pop our jars right in the freezer!). If you don't prefer that, we suggest that you freeze any jellies you do not use within 2 weeks and thaw as needed. They thaw at room temperature in just a few minutes.
